The weather has officially gone bananas. I can't tell if it's July or November here in my neck of the woods. It's rainy and gloomy and grey and while I normally don't mind such a climate, I have to admit I'm missing the lack of summer around here. That being said, this outfit is a product of my mood. Going back to my usual style of high waist shorts, fishnets, knee socks, rock & roll tees and chunky shoes, I decided to take advantage of the weather and wear what I love most.
I know that the whole Iron Maiden shirt craze has been worn into the ground by many who probably don't even listen to the band, but my husband found this particular tee for me a few weeks ago while we were perusing Buffalo Exchange and I couldn't resist. My Dad hates this shirt haha (hi Dad!), but I absolutely love it, because I absolutely love Iron Maiden. They are an amazing band who are so incredibly gifted at playing their instruments that every song is a brilliant and perfect orchestration in phenomenal music making. They have produced some amazing pieces, works of art, really, and I will forever revere them as one of the greatest metal bands of all time.
